Can the Fed Tolerate Higher Employment Due to Recession?
If inflation stays sticky for long, can we expect the fed to tolerate higher employment due to recession this time and focus on c p i instead? I think they've made that pretty clear, that there will be pain, right ye. The market is still giving the fed the benefit of the doubt. Because rathites aren't the problem for the bond market. It's sticky and persistent inflation and of currency that's way too dang strong for any a foreigner to want to buy our debt.
