Boris Johnson's Return to the Conservative Party

Boris Johnson wants us to remember him as the leader who was having just a bit of a blip, manufactured largely by the media. He's talking about cutting taxes and delivering the benefits of Brexit. I mean, we could be back in 2019. But it does seem like this is not going to be the last that we hear from him.
