Do You Have a UGC Account Manager?

The UGC person is almost essentially just like the talent and they're executing on this script that you give them, right? Exactly. And a lot of the talent I work with are actually actresses. Like their whole time gig is acting. So that's what I'm trying to identify the talent. I'm really just looking for people who can like talk while it's the camera, understand good lighting, get the shots I need. The ultimate goal is that by Tuesday of each week, I have all the raw content ready to send to the editors.
