Wade: "I'm very high level athletes off a bunch of a bilateral deficit they have. I had a sprainer from the Olympics this year in the 200 and he was probably 50% as strong with one leg as he has to 100%. I cannot believe it" He says box squats, core weaknesses are key performance indicators for kids who want to get into gymnastics. The first exercise Wade uses is inverse curl in the sled walking; that gives him an idea of how well-conditioned someone is.
