The Differences Between National Average and Metropolitan Area

The cost of renting a house in the US can vary dramatically. There's places where you can rent a whole house for under $1,000 a month and then there's places where that's going to cost you five to 10 times as much. The average price is about $2,500 but it could go higher or lower depending on your location.
