The Types of INTJs That Attract Them

This is not a typical, I wouldn't say this is the stereotypical INTJ framework. They are usually pretty good at working their way to the top of the food chain. Because they're not as into brainstorming, like you mentioned, they could easily mistype as an ESTJ or an ENTJ.
