Barbara friedberg: One of the trends that is going on in estate plantig right now, particularly in high networth, is with people. It used to be my clients would pass assets to their children in trust, and the trusts would disperse at ages 25, 30 35 or 30 35, forty. But what we're focusing on mortar, and is becoming more common, is the idea of asset protection for your children over the course of their lifetime.
