Stress is really the root cause of why we put ourselves either further away from whatever it is that we say we want to do, or we create these crazy excuses for them. When you have a lot of stress, you're going to talk yourself out of doing the things that you know deep down. So when we can get that stuff out in ways we are able to get it out - and I recommend meditation, but not all the time - then naturally, it makes you move your body right? Because you don't have that stress weighing you down anymore. That's so powerful.
