The Death of Yuri Tomo

The first shougonal government in history was, for most of its history, not actually ruled by a shougoon at all. The Hojo-dominated government would last until the 1330s. Later on will encounter two clans, the Ashkaga and the Tokugawa, whose leaders claimed to be descended from the Minamoto.
