Cannabas - A Drug?
Cannabas is a plant that has been used for thousands of years to make rope, clothing and medicine. It also contains the psychoactive ingredient thc which causes people to get high. The approach towards the drug varies widely across the globe. In singapore you can be imprisoned for up to ten years and fined 20 thousand dollars for possession. South korea treats cannibas same as any other drug and actually punishes those found with the drug in their system.
