How to Lucid Dream
lucid dreaming is when you are aware that your thoughts and your actions feel like you are within the dream itself. Some people just say that they're in their dream, they're lucid, but they can't really change too much. There's also wake-induced lucid dreaming - this is where you move from a waking state as in you are awake and then you just glide right into yourdreams. Marlon says she has experienced both types of lucid dreams over the past few years.
