The number of tanks Ukraine has is significant, but it will only go so far in terms of what they can do. The decision to hold back so long on the kind of big modern, effective Western-built tanks was in part because of a concern that Ukrainians would use them too quickly. Russia's going to look at this in very mathematical ways and make some adjustments before these things come into play.
