I've Never Been Reading Warren's Arguments About Indecency

Jenny McCarthy: The way that I traditionally understood the distinction between the minimally descent and the whatever gets American, so it's kind of like a super-ogritory duty or a regular duty, is I've never been reading her saying that indecency in some cases is immoral. She also puts up the Kenny Genovese example. So I do see her making these gradation arguments, but I guess I've always read them as at the end of the day, none of us are expected to be moral community members.
