House rep Warren Davidson proposed a new bill that I guess proposed in the House floor called the SEC Stabilization Act. And pretty much it outlines a plan to remove Gensler as the SCC chair. Not even just that, but restructured the SCC to no longer have a chair. But at the same time, like this is very early on in the house floor or stages of becoming an actual law. So again, I doubt it actually gets any traction.
