The Impact of Coved on Mental Health

i think we can all agree coved was a huge shock to everybody, im both in the work place and out of the work place. What i don't think many businesses have done is thoght all, what about the well being, mental health, element of all this? Because that was where we saw the huge, huge impact. And suddenly my job changed, pretty much overnight, i would say. From being quite in an opera, onal, safety focused roll to suddenly being much more focused on mental health and well being. That's an excellent, excellent background to really comprehensive. We could probably have a podcast episode, i think that would last all dayi think.
