Each of the living statues is capable of doing everything. I think that what we have here is an example of that, all the different technologies of a military in a single individual. They could be magically powered Atlantrians with weapons from Tall Dane who are lifeless, awakened armies from Nalthus using Stormlight to power themselves. That would be a huge stretch, but I also think that that is like where we have to go eventually.
