Is Green Tea a Good Weight Loss Supplement?

If i eat a rea spicy meal with a bunch of capsason in it, bunch of red pepper, chily pepper, black pepper, i make it really spicy. You do notice the thermogenic effects are obvious. But i have noticed that my desire to eat things after that meal is just kind of naturally suppressed from that. There's research to support both f these, either capsasin or green tea, in terms of reducing hunger later, or reducing desire to eat later. I don't recommend any special supplement, either for fat loss or for managing appetite.
