How to Make Herb Mayonnaise
If you want a starchy pasta with a sauce clings, don't rinse it. You have to put anything in the mayonnaise. I cut the mayo with pickled juice. How about peppernchini juice? Yeah, that works great. If you're using store-bought mayonnaise, even some brands that I like, they're always too sweet. So I always add lemon juice. That's a good idea. Oh, you know what also is nice? They always tell you when you're chopping fresh herbs to not bruise them because they sort of get wet and nasty. But for me, the exception is when I'm making an herb mayonnaise
