Their whole plan was based on an eventual Russian intervention. Meanwhile, the ambassador in Belgrade in Serbia had fewer, actually had no reservations. This is Baron Nicholas Hartwig. He was so pro-Serbian, he became an indispensable part of the Serbian political scene.
