How to Change Consumer Behavior

Consumer interchange in the united states is regulated, but not regulated like the rest of the world. And you couldn't see something like apple pay or go pay where they may deal slowly with these point of sale systems. So the thought of completely changing that is sort of hard to rup your head around when you do see where i either instantly issue a card product and then what's called tokenizing it into a wallet.
