The PLA Navy Growth Not Slowed by COVID

This is going to be a foundational episode of the podcast that I know based on the reaction to your presentation in Cambridge there were so many folks who came up afterwards and said I did not know that about the Chinese Navy. Jim wrote in the May issue of proceedings an update on the PLA Navy this year he did it the previous year yes so this year is called the PLA Navy Growth Not Slowed by COVID it's just a terrific article but Jim thanks for everything you're doing for us.
