Is There a Special Faculty?

The first special faculty dealt with guys who were shacking up effectively for lack of a better word. The second special faculty was set up for basically exacerbating circumstances around what we call canon 1399. And then there was the third special faculty which. I mean, this is this is kind of a constant gripe amongst candidates. It doesn't it doesn't exist anymore because it's for guys who disappeared desertion of ministry for a period of five years or more and so they couldn't initiate a process against the eye.
