This year has been so unsettling for everybody. I am such a big advocate for energy, like good energy. And the more good energy that I give out, the more I receive it back. The hardest thing is starting, right? As soon as you're in the workout, as soon as you've done it, you're so grateful that you have. But if you could bottle and think about that end of the workout feeling and just really kind of focus on that, I think that it's just so worth it. So we're recording this in November.
