How to Get Out of a Fight or Flight State

If you're getting very little time outside I would definitely get one of those lights for your desk. but what does that table they look like for you when you wake up are you rushing or do you give yourself plenty of time? If we can never get out of that fight or flight state I don't think it's our fault and I would say if that is you sometimes you were like oh that's just my personality I'm like that's where your nervous system is stuck because that's all it knows so we want to gently start to slowly get out ofthat fight or flight.
