The Importance of Spirituality in Therapy
I didn't want to be defined by any certain set of criteria in terms of like it being religious or being really fixed. That's what I ended up struggling with so much that I don't identify as being religious in any way, but I do consider myself to be interested in spirituality and meaning and connection to the self,. So that's sort of what I was seeking. But the rigidity with which he spoke about spirituality being a certain way.
