Is James Madison a Fantasy Player or a Free Transfer?

James Madison suspension has made things harder for a lot of us. James Madison and Daca are the only two you would even consider having in a fantasy team then they're always worth a go. I can't really see Leicester getting out of the route that they're in so I appreciate that he scored a lot of points but he's not even under consideration for me to be honest.
