In property management there's a correlation to this a metaphor for this. If you have an apartment complex that has 250 units and you're 100% full your rent is too low. Then once it's full again and June is 25% more in February or whatever the number is. Okay. You find that sweet spot and you go okay. Then I'm going to raise all my prices 10% and just see what happens.
