The Meaning of Uncertain Plan Affiliation

There's a masculine that refers to an adult man who's a jack of all trades. And then the same thing, uh, it's feminine that refers to a woman. But only the child version has the second meaning of the uncertain plan affiliation. So I thought that was an interesting thing. Maybe this word logically existed, but y'all gets shifted in meaning.
