i learned a use of framework that i think i learned from jody cook, who i believe has been a guest on the pod here. It's rabbits, deer and elephants. The core idea of this iss like a hunting metaphor. So for us, we are very focused on the deer clients. And there's very few elephants, but you can catch an elephant. But it just takes a lot of time, energy and the whole team to help out. When something's wrong with an elephant, it's causing trouble,. everyone in the team has to drop what they're doing and help out.
