Is Russia a Fascist State?
There's a debate in Western academic circles that we should worry about what comes after Putin. I mean, how is it possible to be worse than this guy? This guy has invaded multiple countries in Europe and waged the biggest war in mainland Europe since Second World War. He's conducting genocide in Ukraine. It is genocide against Ukrainian people. The Russians have done it before. My sense is my base case is the next leader after Putin will be someone like Putin, but not Putin,. But someone who will basically want to somehow reset the relationship with the West.
