Introduction
Mitten: Hyperkalemia has been much hyped as being a major issue because most of rascia inhibitor and cellular MRA do produce a rise in potassium, but how much hyperkalemia is real issue is open for discussion. But it's real that many patients are discontinuated because of concern ofhyperkalemia. Now we have got this good use that there are potassium binders which may help us in the such condition. We can get patient back on track with the use of schronctone or a planarone not necessarily needing potassium binders.
