Two Conservative Activists Pled Accusation to Telecom Fraud
Two conservative activists pled guilty to felony telecommunications fraud. They had been facing 15 felony counts each in Ohio. The court allowed them to each plead guilty to one felony in exchange for having the other charges dropped. Each looking at up to a year in prison. Plus whatever they get if they're convicted of the felonies they're facing in Michigan, plus the $5 million plus fine from the FCC.
