The Benefits of Injay's Kitchen Heat Exchange Technology
Anika's boss Magad Kalidi was approached by two local entrepreneurs who were testing out a heavy duty heat exchange technology that could handle kitchen fumes. The box sucks in hot air which is then used to warm up cold water. Metal coils inside the box help transfer the energy. Most restaurants using it will be able to cut their heating bills by 90%.
