Is There a Bright Line Between Religious Schools and Religious Institutions?

Bob Jones is a fascinating case, especially when you think about the current court. It does show how far the current court has moved to the more conservative side I don't want to say right because that implies almost a political like a partisan valence to it. But Bob Jones says that there is a legal distinction. A lot of the yeshiva case turned around whether their charter listed them as a religious institution. That's sort of what they hung some of that opinion on.
