Connection Calls - What's Your Favorite?

Nicole: We ask people to rate themselves and say what score or grade they feel they earned. And then we talk about, oh, you feel you earned a B here. This is what an A would have looked like for you. Every person that is hired has to connect with every single employee. These can be a 15 minute meeting up to an hour meeting. Nicole: People just absolutely love it after they do it.
