The Importance of Executive Functioning
The OCD is going to find anything to try to reinforce the fear and you don't have to let it use this to reinforce that fear. Getting like an occupational therapist or a coach to help you work on some of these things like time management, stress management, emotional regulation can be very helpful. So it's not a death sentence. It's just to help you understand maybe how you're functioning, maybe ways to support or accommodations at work or in school.
