NBC news is retraction of the story on paul paulosi which their correspondent miguel al-migar said that he had new details about the attack. As a follow up nbc news took down the segment from its website deleted a tweet promoting it and didn't not did not offer an explanation they just said that the segment didn't meet our reporting standards but it had aired on the today show. And so the Washington Post has a piece on this the headline NBC retracts erroneous paulosi story that fueled conspiracy theories.
