The Conscious Tradition in the 21st Century, Right?

I've increasingly come to wonder about the efficacy of the contemplative tradition in this particular moment, right? Because there's so much information and intense noise. How we get grounded in that kind of environment, I think, calls for something more than just routinized practices. And push back against whatever false stories or false claims that are being trained into us through these kind of everyday digital practices. So is it really all that different if you listen to a sermon or watch a sermon versus being in the room hearing it spoken from? Yeah. To think that we could kind of introduce all these disembodied rhythms into our way of being human seems very Cartesian isn't it?
