i am very much interested in understanding whether primary palative care, specifically training on colegy clinitions to address the palative care needs of patients with blood cancers. Pulation similer to a sort of genever's idea that there may be a supset of patients who would do just fine with a primary palet of care intervention. I think one of the challenges i can imagine with primary palcar is tak, he can train physicians to do something, but you don't change the system and the incentives for how you get paid. And probably the reason we keep on seeing negative primary pair u palof care trials completely agreed.
