The training plan that i was using before, which i got from new york, i think pake said about 70 to 80 kilometers in a week. But more recently, so for this marith on, my average weekly mileage, i think, was up to about four, forty miles, 60 kilometers or so. A and the am yesththe average weekly amile, i probably about 60 yadd 67 kilometers at the peak. Ah, but if i look at, say, one of his better training or blocks from marathon, the long runs were consistent ish to the point of the distance, but not consistent in terms of the strength of that run.
