The Benefits of Shortcuts in Mac OS X

Apple is clearly more invested in continuing development of shortcuts than they are in continuing the development of automator. And it's pretty clear to me that shortcuts is the future. So I am making an effort to to parlay my knowledge in system services in automator to shortcuts and to make you so, honestly shortcuts are more powerful.
