Invite forward the part of you that is so very sure that you should stay in your head and not get into your body. When this part of you presents itself, say i say you are glad to her. Ask how you can help. Take your stress by the hand and take it for a walk, or to the olgamat or the meditation cushion, or to spin class or the rock wall. That's the way of being that brings us the most power and control....
