Overtraining Isn't Inevitable

For many of us with a d h d, we find that we have days when we're off and not getting much done. It's on days like those that i tend to really push because it feels like if i give up, that momentum is gone. One of the ideas i've been playing with a lot recently is that i don't always need to push myself i have the energy to do so. Over training can create fatigue, lower performance levels and increase your chance for injury. Rest is about being ok with letting ourselves recover.
