Geoffrey sax was brought in to help transform poland into a free market economy. He says the state is not going to own anything and everything any more. That's a tough transition to make, he writes. The russians say it worked in one place, they can work in another place,. And so he goes over there, and they say, ok, cool. So or what are you going to do? Is this shock therapy going to privatize all these industries?
