Is Cibra a Peace Time Weapon?
There are a number of think pieces coming out at the moment with the opinion that sival warfare is great, but still pales in comparison to the usefulness of conventional forces. What would you say to that? I see a lot of the siber activity as more an extension of an intelligenceor counter intelligence or a political warfare,. and subversion more an expansion of that sphere than i do necessarily that cibra is a natural expansion of the conventional war fighting sphere. But all that's said that i i think there's still room for that to be a provin catastrophically wrong in coming days.
