Housing, as the professor said, is down in real time. In real time, it is down, but it won't be in their statistics for time. They admit, they know. Waller says, yes, the inflation is lagged, but they just keep saying everything else is going to have to come down that much more. But real time inflation is not an issue. Florida for over 100 years has been the cycle of land booms and bus. It's no different this time. And it will be no different in other parts of the country as well.
