Are Evangelicalism and Fundamentalism the Same?

Evangelicalism and fundamentalism are not the same thing, so don't get me wrong. But that being said, as distinct as these groups may be in certain important respects, they share a corps feature. These doctrines are ideas, their thoughts, their products of generations of battles against other ideas. And these are deemed now ential to faith, absolutely binding for all who want to claim the christian faith as their own.
