Is It the Logical Consequence?

This is just the logical extension of of 50 years of supreme court doctrine withoun susual remedies. I think the court is going to knock off the top level. But in doing so, they're going to have to change e'r gong to say something that will change the current doctrine. That's why you have more cases. Sometimes you can't figure out, you can't foresee everything in case one and in a future case you, you know, have to clarify a principle.
