"I think the challenge today, you know, at an individual level, well, at the executive level when we start there is the transparency in those communication styles now," he says. "It's a real gift to be able to read and perceive how someone's feeling and then adapt on the fly." He adds that salespeople are steeped in things that aren't necessarily effective.
