How to Implement a to-Do List

The best goals and the best 411s that I see are the ones that are really, really simple. There should be no more than four to five things maximum on your 411 That need to happen on a weekly basis in order to incrementally move you towards your goalweekly and monthly. So it's really about going small, which can sometimes feel counterintuitive,. but the best goals  are the ones that is really, reallysimple. If I do this enough times in a row or enough times throughout the year, it will absolutely be the thing that bridges the gap between where I am and where I want to be.
